Unfortunately, upon reaching my destination, I discovered that my order was incomplete - one burrito was missing, and the other item lacked meat. I attempted to contact your establishment immediately to bring this matter to your attention. Regrettably, my calls were met with a consistently busy line, making it challenging to communicate my concern directly. As a customer who values the quality of service, it is disheartening to encounter such issues. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I believe in providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed promptly. Either way I will be coming in for my missing burrito tomorrow with my receipts. Went through the drive thru and didn't have to wait too long to order or get my order. Food tasted good.
