Taco Bell

I am very thankful that I was able to order as a truck driver at the window, not many places open at night, and I was starving. Thank you to the men that work there that helped me get something to eat as a truck driver at night! Thank you!

I ordered my food with no sour cream and the guy taking my order said that it's already made and basically had an attitude about having to make something that wasn't sitting there for God knows how long. The taco shells were all soggy and soaked in taco grease.

The meager amount of black beans they put in my power bowl look liked they scraped it from the bottom of grandma's dutch pot. It's was dehydrated and tasteless. I would have felt better if they had just told me they ran out of black beans.

Made a complaint today about a $50 order @ the Taco Bell on S Hamilton Rd, Columbus Oh. The staff require you to order by kiosk (which can be challenging to older customers). Once ordered the food is all packed into one bag with a Mexican pizza (in a flimsy cardboard box) at the bottom. Needless to say, the pizza ends up smashed. This happens repeatedly despite requests to pack the pizza separately. This has happened multiple times over the last few months. The staff's indifference and repeated errors has made us consider other options instead of Taco Bell. I don't think we will be returning any time soon at least @ this location.

I bit into my burrito and there was a plastic piece in my mouth when I spit it out it was huge.

Great service and good food

THE absolute worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. THIS is not an opinion, I've visted this location many times between 2014 to 2024., and they are #1 at being constantly horrid.
