The staff is really fast at getting your food ready. The only negative is when you go inside, you have to use the self order screen and not an actual register. But it's still a good place

Still great taking a break with some nachos, soft tacos, and my son. Nice crew working. This is my go to location in north Columbus. I would love to make it 5 stars but there is no beating the taco bell in Santa Clara, CA off Lawrence Express.

Don't eat here--pretty sure they reuse stale, old items from the day before. My chalupa bread was as dry as a bone and actually "crunched" in my mouth. I asked for a replacement and the 2nd was just as hard and inedible. Their prices are a rip-off too. Literally go anywhere else.

Employees made a special order completely as requested and we're polite and friendly. For fast food it was pretty good but could use a little more spice. I did drive thru on a pretty day so the atmosphere was great!

The store was understaffed and took forever to get our order in the drive through. We waited over 10mins to place our order on the speaker. Full sympathy for the staff for being so patient and hard working. The management needs to better staff this location. Getting back to the food, the spicy potato soft taco had half the usual filling, the burrito had all the sauce and cheese only on one side, the quesadilla had half the quantity of the usual chicken... Bottom line, the food wasn't made properly even by their standards.

In the outside store, the employees with whom I came in contact were groomed, and in the restroom clean were clean. Parking: These Taco Bells sit back from 270 North, south, and across from Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio! There are a lot of other food choices for dining in, out, or drive-through. This is a great lo action for just about everything one may need or want ! Kid-friendliness: Yes, but they could invest in a play area or small seating for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's 1 restroom for Men and Women, do you identify as anything else you might want to consider this? When I was in Florida at a restaurant, I used a one-stall restroom that said all-inclusive restroom!
