the lady with the blue hair(i wish i knew her name!!!) is INCREDIBLY kind. i would go out of my way to come here because of her kindness. 100/5 stars for her

This location is hard to rely on - went there tonight at 12:30am (Google hours say they close at 3am) and they ignored a drive thru line of 5 cars which is a common occurance

Why online does it say it’s open until 3:00am but I went through the drive thru at 12:34 and the guy said they were closed. Well if you were closed why would you answer? This isn’t the first time. Worse Taco Bell ever. “Always closed”

The staff here are amazing. In the new age of ordering at a kiosk, many fastfood places seem robotic. Not this Taco Bell. We were in after visiting the BMV, and looking for a quick bite to eat before I had to go back to the office. We ordered at the kiosk, and within 5-10 minutes, a taco bell team member didn't just call out our order number or name, he came out and delivered the tray of food to us, asked how we were doing, and asked if there was anything he could get for us. I always appreciate coming to this taco bell, (I love Taco Bell), the food is hot and fresh, the staff are amazing, the restaurant is always clean and inviting. If you happen to be traveling up US23, or otherwise in the area, stop by and grab a bite. The chili cheese burrito is on the menu here, and is awesome. Try it grilled with Creamy Jalapeño sauce. Thank me later! Parking: Paring is available and plentiful, all around the building (except the drive thru )
