Taco Bell

I travel and these was the worst taco I've been to. I get a 30 minute break and they took 23 minutes to stand around and 2 mins to make the order. They served the drive-thru as the lobby started backing up. And by no means were they busy. On top of waiting 25 minutes the employees were arguing in back and forth and getting into it with each other.

These associates in this location do not care how they prep the food. They just quickly throw the food together and they look horrible. Either they have just enough ingredients or hardly any put in a Crunchwrap or burrito. This location is known for that. Last time I order from this place

The staff here are by far the rudest employees I've encountered seems like a bunch of kids with no home training it does not take as long as they do to make this food if that was the case other taco bell locations would have the same issue

The worst Taco Bell in Columbus! Hudson & High Street!! Never any staff… today I waited at the speaker in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more! 4-5 cars piled up behind me and only 1 car in front of me.. was never greeted or anything.. Kept saying Hello Hello .. nobody answered so I thought I would pull up to the window.. after getting to the window the young lady said do you need something.. I said Yes I would like to order is the speaker broken. She replied no.. and laughed & shut the window in my face.. she came back to the window and said you have to order at the speaker., I explained I sat there over 10 mins.. she said that is impossible and refused to take my order and I asked for the manager and he came to the window and said we will not take your order here and refused to give me his name & just walked away. You must go get back in line .. is what I was told. I manage a restaurant myself.. This is crazy!!

Store manager is very disrespectful!I paid for two tacos and a burrito with a drink get to the window and it’s wrong order and instead of making the order they gave money back.Drink was diet and I asked for Pepsi and she wouldn’t even give me another drink.Very piss poor management.You would think they would make the order since I paid for it on my lunch break.

I ordered my food, then requested plenty of hot sauce. I only got one drink, but ordered two. I get a couple blocks away and discover they didn't put any hot sauce or any sauce in my bag. So I had to turn around and go back to get some. When I got to my place and opened wrap, everything was just a mess. Contents of what is supposed to be inside the taco is outside, sour cream slopped all over. Just a sloppy job whoever is making them. Hopefully next time they go out and spend hard-earned money on food, they get same service to know what it's like. What else can I say? If that is how you like to get your food, then by all means, I highly recommend this taco bell location.
