Food not ready all the time and they lying all the time

Seems like when I go they only doing door dash orders smh

The coolest taco bell around I don't drink but this place serves alcohol The team working was so incredibly nice Our food was actually hot and tasted great We bought nacho fries, and they were hit and had flavor, and was a full container which almost every taco bell we go to serves cold, and doesn't fill the container.

Went here to pick up food they have no parking and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order which I never got because I had to rub out so my car wasn't towed the employees were working hard but maybe online orders shouldn't be a thing if you can't keep up

If I could give 0 stars I would the older lady on second shift is RUDE! We get up to the window because we had an order to pick up for grub hub. She tells us to go to the parking lot and wait some other worker was coming around with a black cart giving peoples orders to them outside while it’s 30 degrees out! She gets to our car and asks us who the pickup is for and replies with “nope don’t got that one” goes to the next car we sat there for 35 minutes waiting finally decided to go back through the drive thru and the older woman finally gave us the order. We had the person who ordered the grub hub complain their food was cold and their food they ordered had no meat barley in it only it one corner of the wrap and no sauce it was supposed to have. The lady at the window kept yelling at us saying they only had one person making food we have had long long wait times and issues with rude employees everyone we go here. I would stay clear and just take the time to drive down the road to the other one on high street! Their way quicker food is way better and their busier and still get the food out quicker.

Extremely understaffed (and probably underpaid) employees are unable to keep up with the campus rush. Avoid if you can. The food is typically fine(ish), but I've been waiting for an hour for a doordash pickup that says it's already ready. 50 other people here are probably in the same boat.
