**UPDATED REVIEW ** Confused how quickly this location has gone down the tubes in food quality and customer service. A few nice cashiers at the drive-thru window don't erase the recent episodes of terrible experiences- incorrect charges for someone else's order, 3 items thrown into the sack with improperly sealed lids, missing items, missing ingredients in items, terrible shift manager interactions regarding these issues. She blames it on not having any employees that want to work. That could be part of the reason. The other is she's not cut out to be a lead because she loses her cool and lies to customers about broken machines. I will drive further to the location at Source Point to avoid this drama. Screaming at customers & throwing the food they didn't package correctly is not the way to maintain customer service satisfaction. Original Post - Finally, a Taco Bell that fills the taco shells with the right amount of ingredients without breaking them. the new kinks will work out, and hopefully, this location will keep up the A game. Parking: Tight squeeze for larger SUVs or trucks with the parallel parking spots behind the front spaces.

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, my recent visit to Taco Bell compelled me to share my disappointing experience. Despite visiting during the late hours when service tends to be a hit or miss, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. However, any positivity quickly dissipated upon tasting the food. The taco shells were disappointingly stale, lacking the crispness that is synonymous with Taco Bell's signature crunch. Even worse, the chicken quesadillas were devoid of any discernible chicken or quesadilla essence, leaving me questioning the integrity of the dish. In a rare instance, I felt compelled to call the store to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, my call was met with an unsettling encounter. The manager, David, who appeared to be under the influence, provided no viable solutions to address my concerns. His lackadaisical attitude and apparent disinterest only added to the frustration of the situation. In conclusion, my experience at Taco Bell was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. With subpar food quality and indifferent management, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and seek your late-night cravings elsewhere.

It's Taco Bell so it's passable.

The food is consistent with what you expect from Taco Bell, but the service is ridiculously slow every time I've come here. Over 30 minutes for the drive thru. That's not fast food.

no issues. Been there several times. Drinks were cold and food was hot! Just wish it was still as cheap as it used to be.
