No option to order with a human, only one of the self-service kiosks. The order process was filled with upsell prompts, requests for email address, etc. It took forever. If Taco Bell is going to use so much of my time, they should add me to the payroll.
Cold food delivered and received the completely wrong order with missing items. A chicken burrito is not a grilled cheese burrito, but I understand reading can be hard.
This location has always mess up orders. If you tell them about it they act as if your the one who messed it up. Overall has gone down a lot more recently.
Took 35 mins to get food. Management was not in no hurry to push orders out as he was back on the line just talk and laughing away with other staff. When I brought up the fact that this is some crazy nonsense and I asked to speak to Management about the situation well guess what he was the Management and was very rude right along with the other staff . It should never take 35 minutes for fast food order. The place wasn't clean. Instead of doing all chalking it up with his employees and not worried filling orders maybe he should get his butt out of their way so people can work on orders. Windows would be a great place for him to start.
One of the worst taco bells I've ordered from. That says a lot, especially since I used to work at one in the past. Do not buy from here, the customer service is not good, the food is cold, they constantly get my orders wrong, and the always forget something. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat. They was slow at taking the orders
Ordered take out at the kiosk. Waited nearly an hour. No food. Asked for a refund and was told nobody there was authorized to issue a refund and I'd have to come back after 6pm. Lot of good that does when I don't even live in this city. 3 or 4 other people were waiting just about as long as I was.
Bathroom locked had to buy food first to use
