Horrible location. Always out of things. On November 11th 2023 at 5 pm they actually said they were taking any orders. How are you not taking orders? Save your money and don't come here.

The first time I tried this location was for breakfast around 9:00 am. I went through the drive thru and they told me breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I couldn’t order it. I didn’t go back until today. I went through the drive thru a little before 6:30 pm, and they said they weren’t taking any orders right now. I’d love to know when this restaurant actually serves food…

Waited in line 20 minutes for them to tell me they were out of shells so they can’t make practically anything. What a massive waste of time. This is so frustrating. EDIT: pulled through again tonight. Drove out of my way since they’re labeled as open later than other locations. But then they told me they were “mobile pickup only”. Since I only have cash tonight I had to just move on. They had a second chance and for the second time I left without food. To their credit, I really needed a water, and they did give me one. But that’s not sustenance.

I've literally been here twice in a row at around 5-6 o'clock and was told they weren't taking anymore orders because their system was down even though I could see them handing orders to people through the window. Kinda like the employees just decided the manager wasn't there and they didn't feel like working anymore. Coincidence? I think not. Avoid this location like the plague. God only knows how they prepare food if this is the level of professionalism they provide. If you hate your job, there's a lot of people hiring. Just don't go here. Trust me.

Terrible drive thru, took me 40 minutes to get the food

Went in ordered , I asked i should have known by now to check it) but went on their word, got all the way home sat down, food is wrong. So I get up, drive all the way back, and it seems like they are acting like it's my fault. I simply wanted the right food. So they wanted to "fix" the food I already had, but by now, it's soggy and cold. So I didn't think k it was out of line to ask for a remake. Then I'm told, " our grease is heating, we have no shells for what you want it will be 10 minutes " so now here I am waiting. And they have done NOTHING to rectify the situation, not even, I'm sorry you had to take more time out of your day to drive back to fix something that was our fault "I knew to go to the other taco bell down the street, and next time I will. You need to do better, it's your fault my food was wrong.
