Didn’t give me straws, didn’t give me napkins, didn’t offer any sauces, didn’t get my order right, said they were out of chicken, poor customer service. Every time is a similar experience. Won’t be returning.
Pulled up to the drive-through and the employee taking my order told me that it would be a 15 minute wait for Taco Bell. There was only one car in front of me and no one behind me in line.
Staff is busy on phone video calling I SAS waited in drive thru and nobody is replying on my order
The shells for the taco and the chalupa tasted... weird. They weren't stale but they were tough and had an odd flavor. The chalupa was also really bland. And they're not on the app so I couldn't order online.
Got the Special wraps 2 for $5, and the you're cheese fries MAN THEY WE'RE GREAT!!! Old school cheese not water down like 7-11 nowadays they also had great cheese back in the day when they let the customers pump their own cheese. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it was available and clean of snow thank goodness. ♿️
"ran out of beef" and it would be a 30 min wait for new beef to come out. Each time I go through the drive thru, it would be at least 20-30 minutes.
No straws were given in drive thru.No ice in drink. Doors to store locked and couldn't go in to retrieve the straws. Girl rude who waited on us.
Extremely long wait time. Did not receive the drink I ordered. Ordered a large fry and the carton had less fries than would fit in a small. Loose components of my poorly packaged tacos sat in the bottom of my bag. Chicken was overdone. I cannot recommend anyone eat here.
