Taco Bell

The food here tasted bland. The customer service was terrible, I felt rushed in line and was told to pay even though I hadn’t finished ordering. Aswell, they refused to give me a refill on the soda I purchased, even though nowhere on the register indicated that they have a no refill policy. Had I known this, I would have not purchased a drink to begin with. This is easily the worst customer experience I have had at a Taco Bell, avoid this location at all costs.

Very bad customer service... They simply don't seem to care.. Waited for over half an hour for just one taco.. Delivery order clearl get preference at this location..

There was no organization at the pick up counter. I had to wait 10 minutes for mobile or pick up and no one came. I tried asking for help and was ignored by staff???

4 employees all in back...no customers..after watching them for aprox 2 min...when employee came to counter just looked at me...I did not patronize...sad all these food places in union station are struggling for sales...and there employees are a big contributer.

Do NOT order here, they are constantly backed up and the front desk person is incredibly rude. I’ve tried coming here twice and each time she dismissed my order and rolls her eyes. I have not gotten my food each time because she refused to prepare my order, even with a confirmation.

Please don’t eat here!!! My husband ate here yesterday, and got Food Poisoning!!!! He sick really bad, his stomach started hurting and had to keep going to bathroom every hour! Bad meat I’m sure!!!! I will report to Department of Health!!!
