I wish I read the reviews first. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the place opened. No mirror, no toilet paper. The cashier was incompetent. I gave a greeting and he looked at me confused. I asked for certain ingredients to be taken out of my burrito, and they were not. I didn't see what rating the restaurant had because I was ready to grab my food and go! But I'd bet a B...

It's taco bell lol. Nothing to complain about

had to much alcohol and burritos with daughter who went to puke hell. pooped so hard in bathroom, toilet expolded and got me in detention, prices to steap. at least the homeless people were nice :) 5 star.

Customer service in common courtesies are less than par..........,

We came in on St Patrick's Day....The slushie machine was down and there was no carbonation for the sodas....The cashier sold us drinks without informing us about the carbonation....There were no signs letting the customers know this....We requested a refund for the drinks;which was denied....My child and elderly mother ask to go the restroom and were told we had to finish our purchase first....I went to speak with the Manger and he said "oh ok" when I expressed it isn't right to make a child wait to use the restroom....I let the manager know I was once a manager and this treatment is unacceptable to paying customers One restroom was finally opened that had no toilet paper or seat covers....I come into this establishment quite often and have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard
