Oh do I have a story for y'all, It's Sun, Dec 24 and I'm going with my sister to go get dinner for the both of us and we made online orders for Taco Bell. Now we know it's Christmas Eve. They close early so we are outside, It is about 5:50 and we're getting there before they start closing early so there's a lot of time before closing. We arrive at the store and in the pictures and videos below, we see that there is a caution wet floor sign blocking the door and the lady and gentlemen, that's behind the area where the food would usually be prepped, are waving us off and we see our orders to be ready on the big screen. So we're showing them our phones that we ordered online and they continue to wave us off. We stood there waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Hoping that someone a manager or anything could come to the door to speak to us. And more than five people come to the door wondering what's going on and that they did a mobile order like us. I understand that when you get to leave early you close and whatnot I understand, but what I don't understand is an entire hour and change before closing and they are still taking mobile orders, our money , and not serving anyone or informing anyone of what's going on. That's what I had a problem with, I know that stores if they are overwhelmed or the system is glitchy or it's the end of store hours, you can turn off the mobile order system, in this case they didn't.... This has to have been the worst service I've ever received from this location and I was coming here when the Burger King was here before and at the Taco Bell opening.

I kinda wish I had Diablo sauce , nobody wants to eat they food with no flavor . I know you won’t . Please add sauce to the bag . But other wise food is good .
