I ordered a black bean burrito and got beef. Asked them again to make one with black beans, got beef again. Cheese quesadilla looked and tasted like it had been sitting out. Just go somewhere else. I usually like taco bell, but this location is trash

This place is bad! Like very very bad! 15 employees more than half are not documented, and none of them speak English! It is true they do put Uber, grubhub, DoorDash etc before customers that order in house. Store manager Catalina is such a joke! She don’t wear the uniform to lead by example, comes in when she wants, leaves at latest 11pm, depends pictures of everything to know who to throw under the buss to cover herself from lack of management, comes to work with hickeys on her neck. The staff are socializing with a front lobby full of people, there’s never food prep or left over from days prior. Deliveries get dropped off Mondays and Thursdays after hours and left in the lobby until the people that come in the next day put it away so that food isn’t refrigerated in god only knows how long. Yesterday they had to throw away old chicken and tomatoes because they don’t practice fifo. They don’t know how to log in. Count money. Make the food . Majority of everyone is a”supervisor” some employees hang out downstairs for hours. The management office is a monitor on the wall in the basement next to a stool call break room, trash room, taco shells, and paper/hygiene products. Faulty equipment. They don’t know how to schedule. $20 an hour is really 16 after taxes and full time for them is 30 hours in 6 day work. The food ain’t safe! Job is a disgrace! Place is a disgrace! Store manager Catalina is such a joke! Her boss district manager Israel Vega is a bigger joke! You should here the 3 hour long sales pitch from this dude! A teenager could see right threw him. I would not eat here!, visit here!, support this business, nor work here! This place should go out of business before they get someone severely sick!

not only is it the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food place. I’m not looking for five-star service here, but wow, this was awful.

Got 2 veggie tacos and a veggie crunchwrap Supreme that I NEVER asked for! They literally sprinkled the meat all over, but overloaded with veggies. Oh yea, they never even bothered to make a drink

It's a cool lil spot for a FASLAX(fast food laxative). What do people really expect , AUTHENTIC FOOD!? If ur down for support of guilty pleasures, GET SOME TACO BELL! Expect the worst and you'll never be disappointed. Even though TB isn't the worst,... it's KFC and BURGER KING. Yeah, I said it! And POPEYES/POPE-YES, whoever you want to be.... You got one more damn time, before you get put on 'notice'! Always something on the menu but not in the damn store to but. Alright now, ya'll.

Warning! This Taco Bell (and probably others) has a contract with Doordash and Instacart to fulfill their orders BEOFRE filling the order of people standing at the counter. So service will be slow.

I have literally been standing In this line for 20 mins without any of the 4 employees saying anything to the very long line they have waiting the man tookntl2 orders and never returned this is horrible NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH this is very bad Then Sarah came and she was a breath of fresh air Definitely manager material Please Take Wilbur out of this place
