Negative star reviews need to exist for locations like this, and I’m not known to be a negative nelly. Ordered thru the app and they didn’t have my order in the system when I got there even after the tracker said “ready”. Though that can be the app’s fault, nobody at this store seems to want to work there. Please get better management. This place is the reason I don’t take Taco Bell DoorDash orders in Boston, appalling what they get away with here.
Service is bad, per usu. Inquired about an online order and the girl looked at me like I had three heads. Maybe she didn’t speak English, or maybe she’s mad she’s working at Taco Bell, i’d probably be mad at that too. Anyway, the guy was nice enough, finally he acknowledged my presence gave me my order and I got th out of there. I won’t be back. This stuff is garbage anyway.
Almost $15 for 3 crunchy gorditas. No bueno. But food was good.
Only quick hiccup in the other is no communication and food ended up being luke warm.
