Horrible experience with a blonde headed female at the drive thru window tonight. She repeated my order and specified what I had ordered then when I got to the window she proceeded to get angry and say I needed to get my order right and she didn’t repeat it correctly. Then she got a bigger attitude when I asked to split my payment. This is a prime example of someone that doesn’t belong in customer service :/
Today is February the 16th I arrived here maybe 12midnight I'm a dasher,and so I politely pulled up at the speaker,the young lady said welcome to Tacobell may I have your order,I let her know who I was,she said hold please keep in mind they only doing a car at a time,so I waited maybe 10mins,so got to the window she handed me the orders,I'm asking questions,u can tell she was not in the mood for questions,so I ask is that everything she said yes really quick,so I proceeded to deliver the items. As i was driving I realized on one of the orders I don't have all they order,so I turned back around,decided to get out and knock they looked at me and just kelpt working,so at this point I'm piss.got back in the line having to wait again,got to the window manager talking to me crazy,so I ask who he was talking to,i wasnt cursing or anything,maybe a lil frustrated, so he shut the window on me and the young lady said ya we not going to give u the rest of the order,so i ask do u want this food back she said noll u can keep it
