Taco Bell

I ordered dinner, the Chicken Quesadilla Combo, plus one extra, Nacho Doritos Locos Taco. The taco shells were stale, and one had almost no ground beef inside. The chicken quesadilla was terrible. It was hard, dry, hardly any filling inside. I did get a bean and cheese burrito, & that was fine. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all. I did place my order, for delivery, through A very popular food delivery app that happens to provide rides also......it doesn't help that they still, won't even consider a credit, or a replacement even WITH photos.

Went through the drive thru at the TB on 5604 Cameron Rd 78723 "Jarvis" the manager is super rude. Went back and forth with me about what I ordered. He still didn't get it right. I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Didn't provide a receipt. What was disturbing is he took my card and went to the back then came back and charged me. He wouldn't give me the receipt. He said that's what you asked for. I asked for a manager and he said I am the manager what. I said you're the manager and you don't know your own menu. He said we have different items with the same name. I will never go to this TB again. Now I remember why I stopped going to this location but was in the area for a doctor appointment. SO DISAPPOINTING and still hungry.

I ordered through door dash. Unacceptable. Poorly package on the Gordita and NO MEAT.. There was very little meat on all of these. In the burrito, that first bite was nothing but sour cream (very disgusted) as you could see it was not spread across and circled where there was the very bit of meat.

Ordered a chalupa the tortilla whatever was not cooked it was hard and a string of meat a head of lettuce was apparently flowing out! For almost 4 dollars. It was horrible. Will never eat there again. Food very cold!
