Taco Bell

Order my food through the drive-thru. The Kid working the window had his pants hanging down past his a**. The chips for the noches where disgusting. Smelt and tasted like the oil they were fried in hadn't been changed in weeks. Tacos and crunchwraps had barely any meat. Tried calling to make a complaint to the manager who told me he couldn't help me to go to the app. Very disappointed If I can leave negative Stars I would. Avoid this restaurant like the plague.

They ate getting better at remembering items.

If you're hungry go elsewhere! I Just ordered the new cantina burrito meal 2x the chicken says the sign. Barely any chicken at all in the burrito mostly tortilla. Also I got the cantina taco meal for my wife barely a tablespoon of chicken in each of those. Drive thorugh. No straws no napkins or sauce. Just ate but still hungry but just blew $30 bucks on $5 dollars worth of food. I wont be back

The worst customer service ever. Tossed our drinks luckily my wife got them. no greetings nor any communication just pay and oh hey give the wrong food as well .. if the guy in drive thru is in training he can learn hell of better or find another job you aren't dealing with the public

First time at this location...much nicer etc than the one closer to home, would come to this one again in preference.

I went through the Drive thru.I I ordered tacos.

I came here today, like I always do you would think just because this is on academy that it would be better, we all thought wrong. I asked for a beef and cheese burrito only to be met with that they didn't have it. Like how long you been working here, I always get one or maybe it was just too windy, then ordered 5 crunchy tacos to be met with the price and wasn't allowed to finish my order. I get up to the window, to finish my order with frowns and like I was in the wrong look I understand customer isn't always right but I also ordered cinnamon twists and got less than half a bag for full price. There has been other occurrences, where we've been treated bad at this place butI will not be coming back here. I'm done being your garbage just because you live on academy doesn't mean you need to treat people badly I mean after all you are working at taco bell not some big corpo desk job
