This place is terrible...poor customer service and the wait times for food is like sitting at an actual restaurant and then when the food finally comes it's always wrong and it's been this way for a few years. What a joke this place is..... I wonder if the owner has any idea how bad the service is here?
The guy was a little rude and maybe misheard me, but I got all cheesey rice burritos when I ordered some of those five layer burritos, too.
Worst order I have ever received from any fast food place. Zero care for customer satisfaction. My food is old like it was prepared this morning and everything taste old and awful

A few years back when this location opened, we were happy to have one closer to home. We just hoped that they would have competent employees. After a few years of being opened, I can safely say that this is the most consistent taco bell location I have ever been to in my life. By that, I mean they are consistently bad. They will rarely get your order right, and when you ask the employees a question that a five year old could answer, they look at you with a blank stare on their face. I have two possible suggestions for the owner: 1. Fire everyone there, rehire and train properly Or 2. Close the store down I can deal with the recent price hike from Taco Bell. I cannot deal with that combined with complete incompetence. If this is the direction that other taco bells are heading towards, I'll stick with del taco and taco cabana.
