The best taco spot in London by far. The owners, staff and chefs are so welcoming and friendly. 100% would recommend
BIRRIA TACOS - YES! Plentiful, meaty, brothy, cheesy deliciousness. What more is there to say? The nachos are so-so and the fish tacos are too darn big but I mean who cares really when you get a mean Birria platter like that. I could eat those juicy bad boys every day for the rest of my life. The service has always been great and super friendly any time I’ve been. And the great thing is there’s an absolutely banging cocktail bar just next door. Deptford used to have only a couple of good food joints but now it has some serious contenders.
Was I in Mexico? Or was i in Deptford? Sooo tasty ❤️
Ate this on the floor low-key at Brockley Market. The Birria good tho
Speaking as a North American who knows their way around tacos in Canada and the US, I can tell you that not only are these tacos the best in London - they're the best tacos I've had outside my home continent. The food is fresh and tastes really authentic. I personally recommend the Beef Birria but the Chicken is a close second. The service is very personable and friendly, and I really like how I can see the food being cooked practically right in front of me. This is because the space is holed up under the train tracks, which gives the atmosphere a real industrial look, with Mexican paper decorations and cacti adding a unique flare. The inside can hold about a dozen people but they also have lots more space outside; great for the summer months when the sun is shining. Overall, this IS the taco spot in London and if you're at all religious about this beautiful hand food, you need to make the pilgrimage to this taco Mecca.
Decent tacos (particularly the beef softshell) and margaritas! Would return.
Got the Biarra - splurge and get the sauce with it, it's worth it.
Terrible We arrived and we were told in a very rude and unfriendly manner to wait to order. While waited 3 staff members told us 30/45 mins wait for food. And after 10 mins wait we were told that they were unable to take orders, it wasn’t the way to talk to people, you can speak to people on a different way, Extremely rude staff specially a girl with glasses in her late 20’s. Clearly you are unable to work under pressure, also you should learn how to talk to your customer. And if you can’t serve your dine in customers then Switch off your Deliveroo as you clearly can’t handle the orders.
