Nice place! The hookah service can improve...I kept asking for service :(

Poor music and DJ. Poor hookah preparation and hookah needs many adjustments. Beware of hidden 18% service charge in bill. Servers do not inform you and ask for tip on top. Thought this place would exceed expectations due to decor but subpar and simply a ripoff.

We went here for a night out. Ordered wings (bbq & mango habanero) and a margarita pizza. We had mango margaritas & mojitos. Both very good. Ordered hookah & it was amazingggg! A lot of places their hookahs burns too quick but this one was smooth start to finish. Definitely recommend their hookah and drinks. Food was decent. They however didn’t have utensils since it’s finger food at least that’s what our waiter said. If you’re going for a night out definitely check them out.

I’ve been living in Astoria 2 blocks from steinway for 15 years and could never find a quality lounge that excels in every aspect of service and customer care… whoever reads this go give them your time I promise you will not be disappointed!! Wish I could put more then 5 stars
