I had a terrible experience at this lounge! A male security guard who was 6’5 came into my face and tried to spit on me because I was as sitting on a ledge (that several other people in the club were sitting on)!!!! I felt extremely disrespected, disgusted , and hurt. I would not recommend this club to any females, especially on a “girls night”, the male security are extremely disrespectful, intimidating, and scary!!

the most disgusting staff. The security was so rude and literally threatened to put his hands on me. Almost broke a friend’s Id because he thought it was fake. We told him to scan it and he refused . His logic was “im not from jersey so how am i supposed to know” it’s literally your job and why you have a scanner. Literally horrible security staff. The fact that as a male you would literally threaten to put your hands on someone is disgusting and honestly needs to be fired asap. I wish i can give this place 0 stars.

Security at its worst at this place ..Do not go you will regret and have thr worst experience of your life.. My daughter and friend had their phone stolen by security and noone takes accountability.

I had the worst experience ever with this club. I’m going to start off by saying the security staff from this place is hostile and rude. Horrible treatment and approach, particularly from the female security. The rest of the staff that are in the front before entering the club don’t even try to solve a problem that you bring to their attention. The ambience is good but I was so thrown off, disappointed and utterly disgusted by the approach I received from the female security. The coat check area also gives you a hard time if you happen to lose your ticket. Overall it was a disappointing experience because I had a good time inside the club; however the inconveniences I kept having since I got in until I got out were unpleasant. This place gives you issues for the smallest thing. I wouldn’t recommend.

Good place with company

I honestly have never had a worst experience at a club. Bunch of customers left violated and scammed. Spare your time, wallet, and dignity from this place. Don’t give your money to people who have no problem spitting in your face: Went there last night with family and friends, after we each payed $50, about 8 of us, to reserve a spot, only for us to get there and be told that the club was max capacity, only we weren’t the only group who didn’t get in, outside were also other groups, who also reserved tables, who were not being allowed inside. They were max capacity, but multiple reservations were outside waiting to get in, who took all our tables? And they didn’t mind letting some people in every once in a while, if they payed $80. Some other people were also offered to go in, only if they payed $200. As if they enjoy spitting in their customers’ faces, they then offered some of the groups outside, with reservations, a spot in the club, but away from the main area: Only if we each payed an extra $80 on top of the 100s of dollars we had already payed.

Made a reservation & my entire group made it on time when they opened, they had us & probably over 100 people wait in line for nearly an 1 & 30 minutes when there was barely people in the place. It was to the point where people were getting angry and yelling. Security staff was horrible!!! completely disorganized, the staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. So unprofessional the place deserves to be shut down again.

Spent over an hour and a half on line and did not get it in after making a reservation for 10 people. Rude security and promoters that were angry at the crowd for their own disorganization. I used to come to this place in 2019 and it was such a different vibe such a disappointment. Don’t bother or waste your time.
