loved the biscuits and gravy! the sourdough biscuits are a nice touch. the potatoes were also amazing. eggs could've used some seasoning but they don't seem to leave salt/pepper on the tables

Didnt actually get to eat here, was in town for the eclipse, called ahead to make sure there wasnt a wait, drove all the way downtown….they had run out of food. Could have told me that over the phone before I drove all the way downtown and paid for parking. To her credit the manager was very apologetic, but very frustrating when you drive hours to visit somewhere. Gotta be prepared for an influx of tourists.

It's a cool find in downtown Dayton. A friendly staff with a cool vibe. Chicken and waffles were really good.

Does anybody know how-to get ahold of this place? The number I keep calling is just an automated message, I'd really like to speak to someone about my application, I'm so interested in working here ! (If a hiring manager sees this I also sent an email with my number! )

Special thanks to the bright, smiling young man. I forget his name. I have visited twice, ordered the French omelet. Each time my meal was the last served. The second visit my friend was finished eating before mine arrived. The potatoes are out of this world. Not sure what the issue is with the omelet. I will go back next time I am in town

I really loved this restaurant. I do have a couple of not so positive comments though. It’s right on the corner of Wilkinson and Second I think, and seems to have a really nice accessible handicapped entrance so we parked in handicapped parking and figured out you to walk quite a way away because all the entrances are closed. The windows are filthy and you can’t see in so you’re not even sure where the entrance is and if they’re open. But once you get inside the interior is beautiful and the food is good. My granddaughter and I both had the challah French toast and it was really good. The interior decor was BEAUTIFUL!!

We had breakfast and it was fantastic. Nice portions and great service. Worth a try.
