Sometimes the service is not welcoming they are in their own world. Passion fruit milkshake with lychee and boba is delicious.

I was excited to try out this T4 as we usually go to the one on Florin. We ordered the taro milk tea with Boba and there was a very present taste of mold in both drinks and it did not taste fresh at all. Next morning woke up feeling sick, I can't recommend this place at all, spoiled ingredients are no joke. We took the drinks to go so there is no way to get reimbursed also which is unfortunate.

Went here for the popcorn chicken and it was decent. Been looking for a good place since leaving the bay, this has been OK.

Early grey milk tea with agar is my go to. Always on point. We always love the calamari(extra crispy) and popcorn chicken here.
