Be careful if using contactless to pay for your drinks. They mistakenly took a double payment from my account. When I notified them, initially the lady in the phone seemed helpful. Once I had sent an email along with proof as requested, it was passed on to management and I was asked for proof again. And since then, I have been ignored. I understand it could have been a card processing error, one which could be corrected easily by returning 1 of the 2 payments of £22.80 taken, and keep a repeat customer but instead this business rather ignore their mistake, leave a negative impression and lose a customer. Drinks were just average, nothing special. Very poor customer service. In future I will be using the other bubble tea shop on the way home from shopping.

Made a pathetic drink and refused to change it despite requesting and giving a feedback that the taste was not good at all for the drink that one of their staff had suggested. Mango fanatic was disgusting and so was the service.

No seats and we literally waited in for 30 minutes just for one cup of drink, there were 4 staffs but they are surprisingly slow!!!!

I am not a stranger to T4, whether it be ordering in store or online, however I am disappointed that the staff did not pay attention to my order. I ordered via the app; mango royal tea 0% ice and 0% sugar with pearls. I went to collect my order and left just to see that there was ice in my drink. Now, it’s not an entirely big deal, however, I don’t understand how there could be any confusion since both options were 0%. I’ll cut them some slack since it was busy, but they should be more mindful of these preferences, even during rushes.

Very slow service.

Very good place to get bubble tea and also if your like me feeling very sweety get the choclote milkshake with oreo on top taste so good with it.

westfieldのショッピングの後に訪問しました。注文したのは 焙煎ウーロンミルクティー です。結論から言うと最悪です まず、時間の長さです。その当時は混んでおり、注文は時間がかかると思いました。ですが、30分も待つとは思いませんでした。途中スタッフとUber?配達員らしき方が口論になるなどめちゃくちゃです。 そして、一番気に残ったのはオーダーを忘れられたことです。何分も待たせられ、オーダーを確認すると多分忘れらており聞いた直後に作られて提供されました。 前にもショッピングの後に訪問しましたが、その時は注文もスムーズでした。あまり、再訪したいとは思いません。

It’s an Asian boba place. People complaining about poor service, dubious ingredients, and tardy food laws need to understand this is the part of the charm of it all. If you want something sterile, healthy and boring, go get an acacia avocado oat milk smoothie.
