I ordered Jasmine milk tea, the taste is refreshing!

T4 is great. A wide selection of regular and milk teas. And the boba is delicious. The flavors are great. Always a good drink. And the basil popcorn chicken is really good. Kid-friendliness: There's lots of seating options and there's a little side room with some fun group games like giant connect 4 and other board games.

Great drinks and snacks. Lots of different seating. I love working and studying here during the day because it's quiet, there's always space, and it has a good atmosphere.

Only good thing about this place is the employee Liam who actually makes it seem like he cares about you and the service you are paying for! Other employees are rude and clearly want to be elsewhere…so go…but Liam made it so much nicer!! Thanks Liam.

Boba is great and the popcorn chicken is soo good! Recommend with sweet & sour sauce!
