came by t4 in september and saw that the store was changing names/owners and therefore all drinks were 40% off! i used to come to t4 in high school a lot for their happy hour deals and will miss this location. i ordered on a kiosk and the employee prepared the drink fast. limited seating due to renevation. // earl gray milk tea with boba (less ice, 25% sweet) // the drink was pretty good. sweetness was actually quite low for 25% and i would have preferred slightly sweeter. earl grey flavor was strong and the drink had a good milk to tea ratio. boba was chewy.

Popcorn chicken tasted plain but the drinks were good.

I used to love their popcorn chicken a lot. I ordered 3 of them last Monday, and I was so excited when I got them. When I tasted one of it, it turned SOUR. Then I tried 3 pieces from each box, and they were ALL SOUR. I tried to call and find out what was going on, but they never pick the phone up, though I called for almost 10 times. Then I tried to emailed them, the email notification said the mail box was full so I cannot reach them. At the end I went back to the store and asked them about the situation, they didn’t even look or smell, just told me that “this is normal, we replace the chicken every THREE days so there’s no chance the chicken is expired”. I knew that the taste of the chicken were NOT normal, but they refused to provide a refund. It was super disappointing and I would never go again.

Loved it. Both classical rose milk tea and peppermint milk tea were amazing. The flavors weren't overpowering and was just right. It's now our go to place.

It was self service with a tablet to select and customize our drinks, it does not update when items are out of stock, but the staff working the beverages are on top of offering substitutes right away to get you in and out easily. Great beverage selection, the Royal Tea options are worth the trip

The honey peach royal tea is COMPLEX. It tastes like it’s been brewed for years and poured down the stomach of Keanu Reeves. Strawberry lemonade, more like strawBARELY lemonade cause this tastes like juice from a fairy’s buttcrack, but in a good way. Good melted and blended. Popcorn chicken is GOD TIER!!!!!!!!! SO GOOD!!!!!! I’m worrried I’ll have to call EMS because my friend is having a seizure from the crispy taste Good god, this place slaps. Dobrik the dank delivery dude delivered dank drinks from dis dank diner. I would move into the apartment above this place just for whiffs of their food regularly. Highly recommend, #watchoutgeorge
