Sylvan

Good food, good service and a good location. All vegetarian. There were several very good dishes and my favorite was the cashews with seaweed salt. Quite the combination.

We had heard really good things about Sylvan. Unfortunately we did not think it lived up to the expectations. Every dish we ordered was very heavy and rich and there was no light or fresh counterpart. The yoghurt with smoked tomatoes was extremely salty (they added salt to the yoghurt too). I also think serving rice with these kind of dishes is a bit odd. Waiters were nice and atmosphere was good but I would not go back.

Amazing meals, fresh and vibrant. Lovely staff, very attentive and friendly, helped make a warm and inviting atmosphere. Will be coming back!

Absolutely excellent. A real pleasure

Very nice experience at the place! The chicory salad with hazelnuts was unique and the vegan polenta came with lots of mushroom! Probably the mushroom was on the salty side but that was offset by the plain polenta. Definitely worth the try! I wish their babaganoush was vegan! Traditionally babaganoush does not need yoghurt in it!

This was an absolute gem of a vegetarian place. Great beers (loved the peach lager), food was top notch- I'd suggest sharing plates- and the ambience was just about perfect with the right level of background music that you could chat easily but we're not exposed to other people's conversations. Highly recommended.

I was in with a group of friends (mostly non-veggies) and we all agreed there was great food, service and vibe. I've already told other friends about Sylvan and I anticipate becoming a regular. Vegetarian options: Delicious and unusual - properly cooked, cared about vegetarian food. Regularly changed menu so no getting bored!

Incredible place!! Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive, beautiful setting and great atmosphere. The food was absolutely stunning. We shared 4 mains, a flatbread and pudding between two and were full and very satisfied. The polenta and mushrooms and the tofu and tomato with seaweed were particularly delicious, the goats cheese was also amazing. The drinks were great too, we had sparkling red and cocktails. Would recommend to everyone interested in delicious flavours and textures. Will be back!!
