Excellent beer, great food options, friendly staff & clean bathrooms. The owner is committed to being an active participant in the community, and the semi-regular block parties they have are so fun! My only disappointment is that it's gotten SUPER loud. The last several times I've been there they've been doing some kind of trivia and the audio from that is just blasting through the speakers EVERYWHERE- you can't even escape on the patio! I know events help bring in customers, but it now it feels impossible to have a one-on-one conversation there because they are so much more invested in the intensity of events.

Owner does not fulfill private event contract terms and conditions. Hosted a personal event here and it was far from planned from the owner of the bar: First area was not reserved when we arrived. Event bracelets to count purchases towards minimum were not ready. Staff was not told of the event for the day. Will not respond my emails requesting partial refund for what was not removed from my minimum purchase. For the space I paid, for 28 people, we had probably 17 spaces and 10 random people with us all night. Overall horrible event coordination from the owner. With event planning like that, not satisfying the contract with simple customers this is a BIG RED FLAG. Do not organize events here. To think this was one of my favorite places to go to and I organized my event here because of their recent struggles and to be treated like this. Honestly, it was very disappointing. Myself and about my other 30 other close friends will no longer be attending this place.

Chill brew pub with nice craft beers and ciders and slushies for non beer drinkers.

Our department at work used Switchyard for a 2-hour welcome event with about 30-35 guests, and it could not have been better! The food was delicious (including vegetarian and GF selections), and the service was tremendous. Switchyard worked with us for a few months before the event, and they were so helpful, making it super easy to plan our event. Our guests had a great time and they enjoyed the food. We had a very positive experience, and we will be back!
