Would be great if they had more than two staff working the main bar. The other one was closed. You've got hundreds of people paying £31 a session - yet you still have to wait 15+ minutes to get served a drink.

Visited here as an early birthday outting for my bf. We had booked one of the packages with an area and unlimited drinks for 90mins. We had a great time, and Mel, who was looking after us, made the whole experience even better!

Terrible service throughout- queued for the cloakroom for 15 mins, no one at the bar was forthcoming to serve. Would have been a great experience if it hadn’t been so badly staffed

Experience as a whole is fun, however there is no signal which makes for ordering drinks and food quite difficult. There are lots of london suits as clientel which can dampen on the atmosphere. However cocktail were amazing and lots of alcohol free choices including cocktails which Is great! Lots of food options too. Bit on the pricey side

The cocktails available included in the package are pretty weak. We got there for the first session and the "frozen" cocktails were not very frozen at all as they were not ready at opening. I felt hurded to buy a drink since we were told we were not able to start for another 30 mins. Pizza was pretty good though, proper oven. The course was OK.
