Came in from California and was working nearby it was so excited to finally go to the brewery that makes my beer. I fly Delta airlines once a week at least and have drank it for years unfortunately they were not busy but I could not get served I sat at the bar and waited that didn't work out for me Don't think I will be coming back something was going on and I don't know or care very disappointed
Unremarkable food worse service but you can carve your name in the bar top for character
I dont think I've ever received better customer service. Food and beer was excellent.
Visited SweetWater after 2 other brewery’s. I am so glad we stopped in. Hands down the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I have EVER met at a brewery and this includes countless breweries throughout the US and Europe. Erich did a great job suggesting beers and explaining in house brews. Cheyenne the taproom manager was absolutely AMAZING! She took us on an impromptu tour where we met Daniel (brewer) and learned about the history of the establishment and all that SweetWater is involved in. As a home brewer and beer fanatic it was a great experience. Highly recommend stopping here and spending time trying all they offer. Thank you Cheyenne, Daniel and Erich!
We were visiting one of the large craft breweries in the area, and stopped in to Sweetwater on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't terribly crowded. The beer was tasty, there was a flash sale on merch, (and I came home with a hoodie, a couple of glasses, etc.). The highlight of the trip was our server, who was really friendly, funny, and took great care of us. What would have been a 3 or 4 star review is now a 5. I wish I had gotten her name. This will absolutely be a stop on our next visit to the area!
Good food. Decent beer, except the lager, good helpful service.
We spent an afternoon at Sweetwater - eating, drinking, and playing Skeech and Sketrouble (their own creation). What a friendly, fun place! Their food is delicious, as well as their beers. Will definitely return.
