Unfortunately if something goes wrong with your order, no one in customer service seems to care. You can’t speak with someone about it. You can text, which is fine, but they (whoever that may be) will give you some pre-written response that doesn’t address your concerns. For instance, press one if there were missing ingredients in your order. I pressed 1, the response is something like, we’re sorry you weren’t happy, please check our app for a small discount on your next order. I ordered an Italian chopped salad . It was missing one of the main ingredients, salami. The salad was mostly kale, a couple of grape tomatoes and about a tablespoon of garbanzo beans with Italian dressing. Sweet greens corporate seems to have automated everything and they obviously don’t care how their customers feel or whether they got what they paid for. The experience is beyond frustrating when something goes wrong. Fortunately I went back to the restaurant in person and the employee was very nice about it and tried to help even though their hands are somewhat tied and there’s little that they can really do. Still, they were more helpful than texting with a computer system. However, I had to walk all the way back there at night to get it kind of resolved. I was tired and still hungry at the end. But at least the person behind the counter was nice about it . I just don’t have much faith in this company. Not sure that I will go back again.

Unfortunately this review is because you can't call the store directly to speak to a manager. I've ordered from here via Uber eats several times and the last 3 times my food came without the proper tamper proof sealing on the bag (staples/tape, etc). And each time my food has arrived either the lid is off the meal or the bag is covered in dressing. Please please, tamper proof your bags so that customers can feel sure it was not contaminated during delivery.

The salads are fantastic and well flavored and balanced with savoriness and crunch depending on the dish. As is to be expected from sweetgreen. However, this particular location is not well managed. The place is a sty and almost too foreboding to dine in at times. The staff moves at a sloth rate, almost comical. They are lackadaisical and clearly not happy with their job (understandable; robot level work). They almost forgot to have us pay. They also didn't have cucumbers because they weren't chopped even though I was the only person in there and they weren't too busy. Made me not trust the sanitary conditions if so many easy things were overlooked. Damn, a good salad, though...

I usually love this place and always order balckened chicken. Today the blackened chicken was not goof at all. Very fatty and not cooked very well. I’m dissapointed

Food is decent enough and the crew are nice depending on the day. A couple of the guys seemingly don't like talking and are very standoffish. But most are nice. Freshness is 50/50. I've ordered the same custom salad two days in a row, the first had fresh romaine the second was rusting. Which is disappointing given that the prices can be pretty up there. Pretty location with a lot of sunlight in the dining area. Although it can get pretty crowded during the early lunch hours. Bit dusty some days as well. Also they get really busy with delivery during the early lunch and dinner hours, so if you're looking to order during these times please understand that you may have to wait due to the huge amount of orders coming in. I've seen their second salad line be completely full with a huge stack waiting at the start of it.

If you order delivery they will forget something--bread dressing toppings, something will be missing, I'm done ordering from this location.

Never order take outs from this location. I have waited for 15 for my pick up order to be completed in store. While they finished everyones order before me. They have a million of delivery orders which they are not doing!
