Buena comida aunque el servicio no es amable. Me sorprendió que pese a que ofrecen comida saludable, el personal no se alinee a la imagen de los productos que ofrecen. Cuestión de marca, imagino.

Service vraiment mauvais, la serveuse faisait nos bowls en essuyant son nez qui coulait avec sa main, tout en touchant la nourriture… Le saumon et tofu pas incroyable, ils avaient l’air un peu vieux…

Food is always good, but the service is terrible. Multiple people “working” but took 15 min to get my salad with no line

Service at this location is atrocious. We order here 1-2 times per week via the app as the food is tasty, healthy, and convenient. However, 80% of the time I end up waiting 15+ minutes to pick up an order that was supposedly complete per the app 10-20 min prior to my arrival. On most occasions of picking up my order, there will be 2-5 people working behind the counter, none of which greet the guests upon arrival or thank them for coming in. They entirely ignore guests and appear annoyed. I also have to check my order upon pickup as 50% of the time a mistake is made- ex- kale chicken caesar salad with the chicken forgotten. 15 years working in customer service and entertainment related positions and this location easily ranks among the worst for customer service.

This location is okay, not superior but also not bad. The food was great though, as always. Service was OK. We enjoyed two salad bowls for lunch, a Harvest Bowl and Crispy Rice Bowl. There is sufficient room to eat in.

Great salad but it took forever to make. Also not very friendly staff.

5 stars for food, everything is fresh and delicious. The service is terrible, therefore 3 stars
