This was a horrible experience today. I spend 20$ for a bowl of food and after starting to eating it, discovered there is a hair in the bowl. I was so disgusted that I could not eat it nor could return it. I walked 20 minutes back in forth to get this food and boom disgusting hair in my bowl!

The black cashier / mane Who was there on3/22 at around 1:20pm . Is extremely rude this is happening everytime I go there and he is serving. Sometimes really need to be done about the service here you should come on surprise visit to see how terrible is attitude is. It is as if he doesn’t want to there . So terrible !

I got scammed! I ordered a salad in store and a can of soda and it came up to $28! When I check on the app and put in the EXACT SAME order, it came out to $22! This is outrageous, never ordering sweetgreens ever again. I will be reporting this to corporate.

Order was 25 minutes late and the store empty when I arrived at 2:25pm. When I inquired with Rich the manager, he asked my name and then walked away. After spending time in a walkie talkie and not saying what was happening, I asked what was going to happen. He popped back asking if I wanted the salad or not and then argued about how I was making it difficult and delaying things. Do you want the salad or not? he asked. After continuing to pin their mistake (without an apology) on me, I asked to speak to the manager. He is the manager. So I went to the app to file a complaint, which is impossible. Epic fails for this location and sweetgreen. I am still awaking my apology.

WORST SERVICE. Go to the 55th & park SG if you are interested in their food. I’ve ordered through the SG app to pick up 10:45, got an email at 10:30 said it’s completed so I went there at ~10:37. Not on the shelves. So I asked the kid at front desk and he asked this white mid aged lady who supposed to be the manager and I got asked to wait without asking any info. I waited there for 40 mins and three rounds of loading food. Checked with that girl who loads food and made sure my name was never there. I went talk with this white mid aged lady and she firstly told me to check with the loading food girl, then told me mine was a grub hub order (????) and THEY had picked it up. I was like who tf are they?? I ordered from the SG app. She, then, without asking, told me she REFUSED to make a new order for me. Only after a while after I started complaining, she sent a friendly black guy to check my info but still REFUSED to talk to me. This guy made a new one for me and I can tell everyone in this store except this white mid aged woman felt extremely sorry for me. But she ONLY showed a nasty face to me like I did something wrong to her?? At the meanwhile I’ve already waited 50 mins, after 1 hour I received the order complete email.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I set up an interview and they sent confirmation. I arrive twenty minutes early for my interview. And I saw a young kid who looks like hes in H.S behind the counter. “I walk in the first thing they say is we closed!!! ” I said no I’m here for an interview…he smiled and said ahhh I don’t know the manager isn’t here he’s on vacation. I asked “so why was my interview scheduled? And why does nobody have any decency to cancel? The kid replies “ I don’t know”. He then ran downstairs to speak with the supervisor, and the supervisor was not even respectful enough to directly come upstairs to address me and another person that traveled far to get to this interview. He just sent his worker back up to deliver the message “I can’t do the interview I’m leaving” I was absolutely furious because they had little regard for anyone’s time. Just unprofessional smh which was a reflection of how the place is ran. No apologies no nothing, just a nonchalant “we don’t care” attitude.

Two girls were so mean & not happy for their service. Why I tipped them I have no idea. This is my first when I regretted to leaving a tip. I’m hoping not going to see the same service at different locations.
