I ordered online and the receipt was correct but the bowl was wrong. I did not get the correct substitutes, no bread, not enough dressing.

I visited this location in Indianapolis on Friday , March 8th and had a horrible experience with customer service again. I placed and order and one of the managers name Katie came to the front to enter in my coupon after entering it in the system I then proceed to ask for a bag for my food , she lays the bag on the counter I asked her if she could please bag it she then refused , made a comment and said to me “why every time you come in here you have a nasty attitude”. I’m really starting to think this is how the atmosphere is in the location. I never have the same experience at the keystone crossing location I don’t understand why it’s happening here. Why when I’m voicing my concerns about the treatment from your employees nothing is being done. This is the second time I had a horrible interaction with staff This is ridiculous I should not have to take anxiety medication before I come into this location to order food because I’m going to have confrontation. It’s a constant hostile environment. Go to the keystone crossing location for excellent customer service

Delightful food, excellent service. Only reason I dinged atmosphere is because at lunch it seems like they are almost too busy to handle walk-ins. The wait has never been long and they do greet you as soon as you walk in.

This location is frequently very busy with either dine in or delivery. I have to say that considering the volume this staff incurs and as well as some of the customers (not always the most pleasant) they are always top notch - friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I feel for our workers in the service industry who frequently get berated by customers for things out of their control. I always appreciate the staff here and the quality of the product.

Good food that keeps you full and focused, but today I ordered ahead and my bowl was half full. Seriously. For a $15 salad, I'd actually like some food. It was tasty, though

I love sweet green normally but I have to leave a negative review because I ordered a miso salmon power plate for delivery and unfortunately the white rice in the meal was almost completely uncooked. Hard rice grains on a plate. Not really edible. I hope they figure out their quality control.

I understand that the emphasis is on online orders but it clearly comes at the cost of in store purchases. The employees are always scraping the bottom of the containers for the little bits of food left in them. Today I got little to no chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Good salad place but can definitely improve.

Ordered the Southwest chicken bowl to go. Everything was dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. 16 hours later my stomach is firing on all cylinders and diarrhea corn just came flying out. Big shocker. Lazy people making customers sick.
