This was my first time here, and everything was fresh and delicious!

Nahovy and Nick took care of me today and helped me find the right bowl for my taste buds! The attention to detail and customer service is the reason I will continue coming to the Addison location! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Our 1st time ever coming in was empty no one greeted us until 5 mins after coming from the back. We wanted to try the food and see the atmosphere of the place but oh my god we just want to run away from the bad vibes we were getting it made us feel like why are we here lol. The bad Attitude was enough for us. When we left we had to literally say bad energy leave us alone. Lol this experience made us laugh.

Food is great! Very fresh and well seasoned! Sweetgreen is good but the stars of the show is the staff!!! They are incredible! I haven't seen a team of employees like them in a while. They are friendly, welcoming, and patient. They have me great suggestions! They seem to be having fun but it doesn't stop the flow or great taste in food. I will always drive to the Addison location!

I've given this location more than enough times to get things right! The greens looks old , the Quinoa is hard and they short change u on the toppings but want to charge u for extra toppings when u ask for what they are supposed to give u. That little spoon they have doesn't give much for a bowl of salad! It's an act of Congress when u confront them about it! I will try Crisp and Green down the street!

There’s a grumpy heavily tattooed black dude in there who has a really poor attitude every day I come in. rap/rnb music on the outside patio so loud you can’t even have a conversation with the person you’re having lunch with. Trash inside and outside is overflowing at 2:15pm on a Monday. They’re out of any dressing you actually want. I literally just bit into a pebble in my salad.. Avoid this Sweetgreen and go to the one on McKinney instead, especially for lunch

Spend your money elsewhere lol. As a prior employee, I can tell you that when food expires, they don’t throw it away. If meat is delivered, and it looks bad, and I mean like make your stomach turn bad, they STILL serve it. They put a new label on it with a new date and serve it to the customers. They also wear the same gloves when making food, to then cleaning, to then prepping. Never change them out. Management is atrociously racist. As a customer, they consistently forget half of my order every time I order delivery. Which is wild because they spend about 2 1/2 hours prepping everything and should have more than enough backups, so it’s not like they should be out of anything. Terrible location, terrible management, terrible food safety regulations… eat elsewhere lol

I Love Sweet Green in Addison. Ever since they opened, it's my go to for a healthy lunch. Staff is great. Easy in easy out. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Definitely recommended if you enjoy good healthy options.
