I live near by and eat here frequently. Typically I love the food and the staff is very friendly but other times I go and it’s so disappointing. The straw that broke the camels back today was service by an employee named Angie or Angelie (I’m not 100% sure as she didn’t give me a receipt). She got my order wrong twice, tossing in things I didn’t ask for and switching ingredients. At the second time I figured it’s no use saying anything. Then she drenched both mine and my girlfriends salads in sauce and even after saying no more put a little more in and acted none the wiser when asked what she was doing. I hate to give a bad review as most of tha time it’s tasty food but it’s so hit or miss lately and frequently only has one person serving the line event at their bushiest times. It’s a frustrating experience all around. Wish I could say better.

Recently the wait time for online pickup orders has become a random value ranging between 15-90 minutes. The staff seem pretty chill about it, or they are simply not familiar with their craft, as it now takes them a few minutes on average to prepare just a single bowl on the menu.

Updating on 1/9/24 - I went back to getting my lunch from this location. From the time of my first review early 2023 to present they did well. HOWEVER, today, I was given salad dressing that smelled rank - like spoiled milk/cheese. And they peel was left on the avocado. It's clear to me that this location lacks proper management and has unsanitary practices. DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT order from this establishment unless you can order in person and can see what's being put in your salad and whether or not the vegetables are fresh. I spent $20 for a salad that look like it was tossed in the trash before being put into the bowl. The vegetables weren't fresh. The avocado looked a consistency that was weird. The canned chick peas looked like someone opened the can, then dumped them - juice and all - into the bowl. DISGUSTING!

The workers are always pleasant, the food is tasty, and the seating is plentiful and spacious. My only complaint is that they will randomly be closed sometimes. But the food has variety. I’m not sure why all the sweetgreens are rated poorly (maybe online ordering sucks?). The food is healthy, flavorful, and impressive. Sweetgreen is in my regular rotation, along with Gusto, Chipotle, Flower Child, etc.

Consistently gets your order wrong right in front of you even after you keep saying what you want, and they don’t greet ppl as they walk in. Oh and don’t order online it will absolutely be wrong! I’ve tried this place so many times and keep getting disappointed I’m done

They’re very understaffed and/or unplanned for the major lunch rush they have. Tip: Don’t pre-order between 11:30am - 1:30pm, just walk-in and order from the frontline counter. It moves far faster than the online-order assembly line. Hopefully that changes because the food is always food!

Salad was really good, but it was late for the time promised on the online order. Fortunately, I wasn’t pressed for time but if I had been this would have potentially led me to cancel the order.
