Sweetfin Poke Larchmont

I got the spicy salmon burrito. it was amazing. I liked the blend of flavors of avocado, cucumber, salmon and rice. It tasted like the sauce was boomboom sauce, but I didn’t read the finer details to confirm that. It was yummy. This place is recommended for people who need gluten free. There is no cross contamination at this place.

I love poke and having lots of options. This place was great! If you haven't been they do have a build your own option but it wasn't listed on the board and unlike other places you can't see all the ingredients like a chipotle vibe so I was a bit confused at first. But they have smaller hand held menus you can use to see all the ingredients. They have chili oranges that are really good. And I like the miso sesame sauce. Lots of sauce options. The sizes are fair. The service was meh and I didn't love the seating options inside. There is some seating outside though and street parking. I didn't love that they only had chopsticks though. That seemed weird because not everyone likes eating rice with chopsticks but I made it work.

We love Sweetfin flavors and always order takeout from this location. This location really needs a deep clean and better lighting, it feels a bit dingy and cluttered somehow. Also I think everything could be kept colder and it would taste fresher. That said prefer this over any of the other fast lunches on Larchmont.

I've enjoyed their poke here a few times. It's not an ideal place to order for pickup if you can't shamelessly park your car in the "safe zone" aka middle lane and leave it there to get your order. Parking is also a nightmare here. The girl working here is very sweet and they always label everything properly but they do have trouble following instructions about providing utensils. hopefully that improves. Parking: It's so hard to find metered or paid parking that it's pretty much non existent. Park elsewhere and walk.

I LOVE Sweetfin. LOVE. Everything there is delicious. I just tried their Forbidden noodle side salad which is a cold noodle perfect for a hot day and I highly recommend it! Vegetarian options: All yum!

Cute location for a simple lunch

— Update: I have food poisoning. I regret getting this on my way. Spending the rest of day paying for this decision. This is a very very bad location. Avoid this location even if you’re a fan of Sweetfin chains. The front guy is very rude. Rotten avocado pieces. Hard to find parking during dead hours too. He was already very condescending at the start. He got my order wrong initially and gave me an attitude when I asked him to change it to the correct one (yuzu salmon does not sound like the albacore bowl). He kept asking me "would that be it" at least ten times - even when I'm ordering at a fast pace given I've been to other locations. Despite being very interruptive while I was selecting ingredients (would that be it after selecting an ingredient in my build my own bowl), he didn't even repeat my order nor said anything even after I paid. I felt like I had to make sure it was correct after realizing he was giving me the sh*tiest service. What's worse is the food wasn’t to standard. I added extra avocados, which is extra $, and I received only two tiny pieces, both were rotten brown (see photo). Also, it looks like he’s given me a pre-ripped bag. One large bowl and one small bowl, with utensils and napkins (at least he gave me those) - ripped a bag right when I left. I don’t understand where this is coming from. Was he racially profiling me? Did he have a bad day and felt malicious towards me? No idea, who knew getting a quick late lunch after a long day could suck. This is my first time with this location bc I was on the way but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is one of my favorite restaurants I love coming here. I’ve been so many times, and the quality of food is incredible. However, I have to make a complaint about one of the employees he really drove me off. I asked him for a recommendation, and he told me that he’s totally burned out on his job. He’s been there for six years he hates the food. he would never eat any of it, and he thinks it’s disgusting. I just decided not to order anything because he was so unwelcoming. I will always come back to this location and still go to the restaurant but I really hope this employee does not work there:(
