Sweet Potatoes Kitchen

Great place. Great service Sam was our waitress and was excellent. Food was great and they live up to the claim of best banana pudding it was phenomenal.

Found this place about 3 months ago and was so excited to find it! Ate it 3 times in one week. Then we ordered it today for lunch and it has changed. The Lima beans were thicker than mashed potatoes. The biscuits were hockey pucks. My boss said it was the worst meals he has had and he eats anything. Unfortunately, everyone at my table today, won’t be ordering again.

I went for lunch last week and had the peach glazed BBQ chicken. Sauce on the chicken was runny, the meat was dry, the mashed potatoes were dry and lumpy, and the collard greens were OK. I will say the biscuits were very good but overall the food was not very good. The server was great and the atmosphere was good.

Every Friday our boss treats us to lunch. We chose Sweet Potato this time around. There were a couple things that were very displeasing for our crew: 1. Food was bitter COLD 2. 3 of our orders were not correct 3. Priced too high for what you get We heard they are under new owners now, but this is unacceptable. First time visiting a couple days ago. Salmon was good. Potatoes was cold. Lima beans was good but not warm. Biscuit was tiny and just ok. Idk. It was ok. We ate around 4:30/5

BEST PLACE EVER. BEST SERVICE. The kindest people. Best salmon I’ve ever had. Every staff was so personable and helpful.

Meatloaf and catfish were very good. So was the banana pudding.
