Great staff and food.. however today our waffles came out cold, and my chicken came out before our waffles Jenny did her best to make sure we was taken care of. I guess today was an off day for the kitchen staff.

I went here the other night with my family and the food was great but the service was horrible. The waitress barely said hello when we greeted her then when our water ran out, I asked for a refill and she acknowledged me but never grabbed the water. She was visibly by our table and the bar just talking with her coworkers. We never got the water. Then we had to literally get up and grab her from talking to get our bill. She was so rude and cold. Won’t come here again. 14st location is so much better and friendlier.

Wreaked of weed, slow service, poor customer service, drinks were terrible, food took over a hour to be served & was cold, we arrived after 3 on a Saturday so I am not sure if staff was burnt out from the morning crowd… bc it wasn’t busy at all for such terrible service.

This has been my happy place for over a yr now, the fried chicken here is amazing and the drinks are good. The people are always super sweet and the place is really chill.

I would’ve given my experience a better rating but I get better food and service e Ordering Through the Uber app. Okay firstly I walked in the guest in front of me Is ordering the employee leaves the register without saying one word. No she will be right with you nothing. The following employee comes.she isn’t welcoming at all. She just staring at me. I tell her my order. She asked meOne or two I said one. She didn’t listen or hear me because . She charged me for 2. I kept saying one. She asked me For my number. I give it to her she tells me imma get a text. When My food is ready. I waiting 25 Mins. Go back inside. Still no text so I Now go back inside the restaurant give them my name She’s like yes your food is ready. I’m like OK. I never got a text message saying it was ready. She’s like your food. Couldn’t have been there too long. I walk five blocks up. I sit down and eat my food. My french fries are cold. So I’m giving this trip and rating a very low score because of all of this . And if the manager reads this. If you’re hiring. I’m Looking cause this was a really bad experience and I wouldn’t mind coming in to give some trainings on customer service

Food takes over 30 minutes to come out and the waffles are already cold. Flavor is also nothing to write home about for something we had to wait for over half an hour. Drinks were meh, both my friend and I didn’t enjoy our meal here.

Love it. Been coming here for years.
