Sweet Basil Italiano

Nice looking place - small yet a dash of elegance. I do not know the quality of the food because of the type of service. The place only had a few customers yet service was very slow. It took a bit to get seated even though there were over 4 tables available. We were there for 10 minutes and no water was offered nor the order for appetizers was taken. I'll try again some other time JUST IN CASE it was just that night.

A delicious dining surprise we found and will return soon.

Excellent food

When you order from door dash there are options to add on items. Sweet Basil charges you and their receipts show it but they dont send them and then revert you back to door dash for a refund. Spent hundreds of dollars here in the past but will not spend one more penny. Garbage customer service. If you charge a customer for something you should be responsible for making it right, not a delivery service. If you do not offer add ons you should clearly say so and make sure there are no options to do so. Straight trash.

I order from them a lot. They are usually really good with delivery. I had someone call me today when I delivered food and was really rude on the phone. They said I never put a building number, but I did. I even got an email with the address and my order. Usually they are amazing, so I don’t understand what happened today.

Upon discussing the flavor of my fried mozzarella, I said it tasted of old oil. I was informed that they only change oil once a week. The girl then proceeded to hang up the phone while telling me she would let someone know. These tasted so bad that they were not even eaten. They were tossed in the trash. I never got an apology or even an offer to come back in at a small discount. Definitely not going back to this establishment.

It was ok. The pasta I got was $21 so I expected it to be really good. It wasn’t bad to where I couldn’t eat it but it wasn’t good. I’d say it was mediocre. The only upside was that it came with a soup that was delicious and it was a lot of pasta to where it could be 2 meals. But I would probably not get them again.
