Ice cream is delicious with great flavors! Shane was very nice, he had us try mixing two flavors for a new flavor profile and it was great!

Wanted ice cream for the afternoon, walked in and gotten the recommended Salted Butterscotch, and while I felt in love with the flavors and waffles freshness; Theo who was charming and lovely made me felt in love with the brand. Sweet Action - great culture & business vision, you have a fan for life. Thank you.

We ordered a buttermilk toffee milkshake and it tasted rancid. We let others in our friend group sample it and now we are all not feeling well. That is buttermilk gone bad. When we went back to kindly inquire about it the girl working was extremely rude and short and said “yeah it’s the buttermilk it’s gonna be sour.” Her tone was condescending and she knew exactly what we were talking about the second we mentioned “I don’t know if it’s the milk….” Maybe pull it from the inventory. Buttermilk doesn’t taste sour. It tastes tangy. It smelled sour like spoiled milk. She rolled her eyes and walked away quickly to the back when I was about to order something and ask for our money back. We had to throw the milkshake away. It was the girl working Sunday 2/25 at 1PM.

I don’t know who runs this place or why they would think it’s a smart idea to only have one person working but here we are with a Sunday afternoon with ally being the only one working. Great ice cream and atmosphere. Ally killed it! As she was the only one working lol. In my opinion there should at least be two people winter or not. On broadway even. Thank you ally for the service and your ice cream slinging skills.

What a wonderful ice cream shop!!! The flavor offerings are both unique and mouthwatering. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and made with great ingredients. On my deathbed please serve me peanut butter chocolate banana bread from Sweet Action. Then I’ll know I’ve tasted heaven just before I get there.

The ice cream itself has a mediocre flavor that would be fine if not for the chunks of ice in it. The employee was extremely rude, and the entire place is very cramped with decor that resembled a teenager's first attempt at being different.

I went during a cold night. I got the Vegan Cinnamon Girl…DELICIOUS! Also their waffle cones are super yummy. There was a line but it was well worth it. Vegetarian options: They have more vegan option in pints in the fridge
