The server kept taking off and we never did see him much. One drink glass was chipped and cracked. All the other serves congregated at the server station which was in middle of restaurant. Would not recommend
For regulars who work in the area, this place is slowly going downhill. A salad with chicken is now $22 and it comes with iceberg lettuce. What kind of “chef” does that? Gross. But okay now that you’re completely disconnected on the quality of food AND the price, I’ll be finding other places to eat.
Sway is a very nice restaurant, and I've been a few times now. The food is good most of the time, but I think they made a couple of changes to their menu or maybe the chef is different. The pimento cheese was not as good as it was the first time, and there is a pasta on the menu that needs to be thrown away completely if that's how it's normally cooked. I have attached a picture below. Otherwise, the service is decent, the atmosphere is cool, and when the food is good it's great!
After a few referrals to this establishment, I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The food was amazing and lived up to its name. The atmosphere was nothing short of comforting and relaxing and the service was amazing. One employee in particular by the name of Merra, made the experience well worth it! Her dedication to her job and providing the upmost customer service did not go unnoticed. Overall, this place receives a 10/10 from me! Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Flies in food.!! Very pleasant for a breakfast buffet. Food was warm and tasty for the most part. I got a scoop of diced peaches for my yogurt and sat down to eat. I made it through most of the plate, finally it's time for the yogurt, and there's a fly marinating in the peaches! I only scooped one scoop of peaches, and I got a fly. Think about all the others who didn't look because it's the Hyatt Atlanta, not a super 8 where you expect extra protein.
