I've always rated Swan"s as five star, and they continue to be closer to 10 stars! Definitely my only go-to for fresh, smoked sausages and meats.

The waitress somehow read my mind and offered me gravy without mushrooms even though the rest of my party had already ordered the standard gravy.

Best German food in New York State. Their Jaeger schnitzel is my favorite. Very small place, with limited seating... but worth any wait. Great deli too. Staff is wonderful.

Love their food! Whether here or at the Octoberfest, it can't be beat. Recently I stopped for some various wurst. The staff was very helpful in helping me out.

Heard a lot of good things about Swans... Be prepared. Standing room only later in the lunch hour. A lot of Beer will be poured your way. Can't decide what to get, just order the sampler. The accordion player is a nice touch too. We will be back, such a great experience.
