If I could leave a 0 zero I would. Gave this place a second chance. First time I received delivery. The ramen came with zero soup or miso. I had to add kettle hot water. Now. No delivery at all. Got a call from the deliverer but after standing outside for ten minutes I realized I was once again bamboozled.
Probably the best ramen I ever had. The flavor in the pork was very savory and satisfying. And the broth was by far the most remarkable. Unfortunately, the server did take my bowl of unfinished ramen and the remaining drink away while I was using the bathroom. There was no offer to fix that mistake. Otherwise it would have been a perfect experience.
An amazing ramen spot compared to many places, one of the best few i’ve had out of Japan broth-wise and in terms of the cook on the noodles. The soup had a rich yet clean taste, very well executed. The noodles very reminiscent of those like miso ramen in Hokkaido, thick with a sufficient curl and which lends a satisfying bite. This is a must visit in New York
