Sushi Ya

Scrumptious sushi. Go here immediately if you’re looking for the tastiest sushi in the world. The atmosphere is so chill yet fancy at the same time! Also the bathrooms are amazing.

If you've been to any decent Japanese restaurant, you'll notice the food here should maybe half what they charge here. Fish is okay, which is crime considering it's Alaska. Rice is dry and old. Service and atmosphere are nice, which is only saving grace.

Food was spectacular, the staff was super attentive and kind, and the place was clean and zenie!

Best sushi in Anchorage! I always try to stop by whenever I’m in town. We’ve tried many rolls and appetizers, and I’ve never had a bad meal here yet!!

I love Sushi Ya. I haven't been disappointed by a single dish I've tried there. The oysters are fresh, the rolls are flavorful and they have good options for people who don't like sushi. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

The manager who waited on us did an amazing job (suho) super awesome vibes and very friendly!!
