Sushi Runner Doral

Been ordering from this place for years. Decided to try their Chinese items. Asked the guy on the phone what variety he has of fried rice. Unbeknownst to me he only gives us 2 of them, though he has a menu in front of his face most likely. I place the order call back 5 minutes later after seeing online they have a vegetable option, refuses to change the order for me says it was already prepared... prepare in 5 minutes right... he must have meant reheated... then says let me go talk to a manager up until this point had only spoken English with the guy, and then I get the special treat of listening to him complain about us in Spanish to his "manager" saying outright lies and making dumb claims such as we had asked the price for everything on the menu etc, all I wanted was the guy to substitute a meat item for a vegetable one. When he came back on the phone I explained that we speak spanish, and if was going to be dumb enough to trash talk a customer he should at least put the phone on HOLD not just place the receiver down... called back trying to speak to a manager they tell me to call and hour later called an hour later they tell me to call back in another hour. They lost a customer who has been ordering prepandemic for no reason other than to be rude to me and my wife. Vegetarian options: Staff was very rude regarding vegetarian substitutions.

I really loveee this place but the serve me with a bad chicken , the smell everything was a no no for me !! Please pay more attention to that because it’s food other than that I love the atmosphere

Pedi un sushi y un Mongolian, luego de esperar más de 35 minutos no estaba listo el Mongolian beef, pero lo peor vino tuve que ir al counter y la muchacha me dijo de muy mala manera que si lo quería para llevar o mi mesa porque el plato ya estaba listo…. Luego de 10 minutos más trajeron el plato de Mongolian para llevar, es decir no estaba listo tampoco. Mal servicio, mala contesta.
