Sushi On Burnaby

Sushi was pretty good, with decent prices. There are many special rolls to choose from, but many of them are just a California roll with something on top. The service was excellent though, even though the restaurant was full we did not have to wait long. The sushi tasted fresh and the aburi was amazing!

Food was delicious - honestly some of the best quality sushi I've had in Vancouver in years. Great vegan options - I had the Agedashi Tofu, Inari Nigiri, Avo-cucumber roll and yam tempura roll. Only complaint is that the yam tempura roll was too large to have in one bite. The menu was really nice, because almost every food item had photos alongside it ( I will say that I was a bit annoyed that the veggie gyoza was deepfried, which was not what the photo on the menu looked like). Extremely cute cutlery & napkins as well! However, I did feel a bit squished in, and like the other tables were a bit too close for comfort. The service was ok - The food tended to come out as it was ready, not all at once, so I had to sit and wait with my food in front of me for about 10 minutes while my friend had nothing to eat. I noticed this happened to the tables beside me a well. I would have rather that the food came all at once! The pricing was extremely reasonable considering the food quality. Overall good experience, would be my go-to spot if I lived closer to the location! Vegetarian options: There is an entire page in the menu dedicated to the vegetarian/vegan rolls!

First time coming here and will come again to try out other rolls! I was so excited to try this place out finally and now I have to come back again! The food was delicious! The sushi rolls are massive and well worth your money both in quantity and quality. The sushi is fresh and the salmon is very tasty! Ordered the Angry Bird Roll and is by far one of the tastiest rolls I’ve had in awhile. Salmon sashimi was delicious on top of their house roll and it was nice and tangy and spicy. The miso soup is quite good too. It’s nice seeing a wonderful place like this in the Edmonds area of Burnaby. Great service and excellent portions will have me coming back again when I’m craving that delicious sushi roll. Parking: Plenty of parking in the free lot and street

Lovely sushi place. We tried the Maki tray and a variety of their specialty roles. Absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh and flavourful. The servers were very kind and attentive. Our favourite sushi spot in Burnaby by far!

Had a variety of menu items and this was hands down the best food, service and overall experience in the area for sushi. Will be back!

Yummiest sushi and the staff is absolutely amazing, there was an issue once, but nothing of concern, the staff acknowledged it and resolved it promptly. Thanks ..

I can’t believe how yummy their sashimi is, esp tuna.

Living in Burnaby for a long time, surprisingly we were not aware of this little Sushi Gem. So, visited the first time today, attracted by the high Google review score, and want full to confirm it. Food - 5* Service - 5+* Atmosphere - 5* Will come here again many times!
