Sushi Mura Richmond

Bit of a wait before you sit and nowhere to make a reservation online before. Also, service was kind of slow we had to wait a while before getting water and they had forgot to bring some things out. However the food was amazing and was some of the best sushi I’ve had. The fantastic roll was my favourite and I would highly recommend it!

Waited about ~20 minutes at sushimura for a Friday night. The service was really slow and we had to flag down people to get water and to order and to get our bill. The presentation of the sushi was amazing though, the fantastic roll was really good, and we also got the awesome roll and deep fried roll which were just ok. I’ve had better sushi elsewhere but the presentation was unmatched!

Excellent sushi. Nice salmon sashami! Excellent service from friendly prompt staff. Pretty loud environment but the place is properly packed!

Food are great! Slightly too pricey but it's good once in a while, unfortunately 1 order didn't come but the rest of the portion are pretty big so we don't need that, end up saving 20 bucks for one roll!!

My parents and I were around the area and wanted to try some place new so we found this restaurant and decided to go. The food was great, but disappointing customer service. I have worked at customer service for many years so I know you can't be always in a good mood, but one of the waitress didn't seem to acknowledge us when we were calling them. She seemed like she didn't want to work here. The restaurant was not even busy. Overall, the food and the atmosphere were nice but customer service needs improvement.

We had the miso soup, excellent. And the Medium platter for 2....sooo much food. We took lots home. 3 or 4 could easily eat and have enough.
