Fresh sushi, with their own style of flavoring their classic omakase special. Healthy amount of wasabi was used in prep for some rolls. Try to get a reservation, as we showed up on dinner opening at 4 pm and they asked for a reservation to an empty restaurant; when we were done eating the restaurant was barely a third full, felt kind of odd. None the less, decent omakase for a great price point, definitely left satiated.
Incredible sushi, and the gluten free option for the omakase was perfect.
Seriously good sushi, which is not easy to find. This one's a winner. HOWEVER (and I've been eating here for 7 years and they know me): on my latest visit I found a hair in my food. They apologized. They replaced the dish. AND THAT'S IT. Folks, you have to make SOME kind of gesture, no matter how small. Inexcusable.
Celebrated my birthday here with the open omakase and it was excellent. Every piece was delicious and the service and experience were great without dropping as much money as some nice omakase places in the city. Can’t wait to do it again.
We had the "Open style omakase".. The experience was unique and the sushi was amazing! Thank you!
Noisy, mediocre sushi joint fronting as an authentic Japanese restaurant. That, it is not. Don’t bother.
My friends and I enjoyed the open style omakase and were all very impressed. Wide variety of sushi pieces and all very high quality. One of the best prices for omakase in the NYC area.
